7051 Multifunction Calibrator & Control Centre
The 7051 is the primary module for automated calibration. Features a multifunction calibrator, digital multimeter and touch screen PC. Calibrate electrical, temperature, loop and more. Communicate with pressure modules for readback and EasyCal software for calibration management and automation.

Pressure Calibration Modules
Pressure modules include calibrators, indicators and line controllers. Standard modules are available for pneumatic applications up to 200bar, and hydraulic to 600bar, with higher ranges available upon request. Modules provide precision and performance for a range of pressure work.

Power Supply Modules
A variety of power supply modules can be fitted to CalBench consoles. For powering process instrumentation under test fixed 24V DC supplies can be fitted. Also available are precision DC and AC variable supplies for general purpose use and investigating instrument and device behaviour.

Process Calibration Modules
For process calibration CalBench can be fitted with loop and temperature modules. These include RTD calibrators, PT100 simulators, voltage and current loop calibrators. Additionally the 7051 acts a multifunction process calibrator when configured in to a test bench.

Digital multimeters can be fitted for precision measurement of devices under test such as pressure transducers and transmitters. Electrical test modules cover specific calibration applications for certain instrumentation like insulation testers, power supplies and more.

CalBench can be fitted with modules for signal generation and analysis. These include high performance oscillocscopes, frequency counters, multi-channel arbitrary function and waveform generators. These modules are suitable for calibration benches in aviation, R&D, and communications industries.

For repair work Time Electronics have high performance soldering stations that fit the calibration bench consoles. These cover soldering, desoldering and re-work applications. Also available are custom design modules that can be specified by the customer, including third party instruments required in the system.
